Every Sunday at 10:15 in the event Center, children 3 years old through 1st grade grade become the size of a mouse and step into THE BIG ATTIC for a one-of-a-kind kid’s worship at Hickory Grove Baptist Church.

With inviting sets, colorful costumes, lively games, interesting stories, and catchy musical lyrics, THE BIG ATTIC comes alive for a thirty-minute weekly program. Children will meet exciting characters like Spot the Dog, Moe the Monkey, and Whoo’per the Owl.

3 years – 5th grade will take a chronological journey through the Bible in 2012. Families will have the opportunity to study the Bible together and how it relates to daily life through the Year of the Bible Daily Reading which is reinforced by their Sunday School lessons.

Ages 2-3 years: “Movers and Shakers”—Preschoolers will learn about God and His Word through activities that engage their curiosity and openness to learn new things.

Ages 4 years-Kindergarten — Older preschoolers learn to follow God by learning what He wants them to hear, know and do. Preschoolers experience ways God influences our everyday lives and the world we live in.

1st-5th Grade Students—Our 1st-5th graders are meeting in Room 117 for TeamKid. TeamKID is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and grow in a relationship with Him. All parts of TeamKID—Bible stories, Scripture memory, life application, missions, and recreation—connect to teach life lessons to kids.

North Children’s Choir is for children in 1st-5th Grade each Wednesday evening in room 220 at 6:30pm. Join us for a time of high energy worship, learning and fun! During choir we are learning the books of the Bible and have a devotion that correlates to the current week’s reading plan in Year of the Bible 2012. Children can join at any time, but to be in the Spring musical, they must enroll by April 11th 2012.
